Additionally, being a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) ensures that she is equipped with specialized knowledge in substance abuse treatment. Arsheia is Certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of psychology as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider. She is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to diagnose and treat individuals who suffer from emotional, psychiatric, and substance abuse issues.
